A deciduous tree with a slow/medium growth rate and reaches a mature height of 50-60 ft. This tree prefers full sun and slightly acidic, moist, well-drained soil (good for low lying areas), makes an excellent shade tree, has lobed leaves that are dark green on top and silvery/white underneath, has acorns, has an orange-gold to yellow fall color, and provides food for wildlife. Sold in a bundle of 25 bare root seedlings, 12-18" tall.
