Calling all volunteers! The Carnelian-Marine-St. Croix Watershed District and City of Marine could use your help to plant native plants along a newly stabilized ravine that is part of a larger stormwater retrofit project in downtown Marine.
**This planting day will involve walking on steep slopes
Where: Meet at the gazebo in Marine on St. Croix at 9am and we will walk to the site where we will be working.
What to bring: gloves, rubber boots, a water bottle, sunscreen, gardening tools (if you have them), and bug repellent
These are COVID-19 safe events! Wearing a mask, distancing, and the use of hand sanitizer will all be necessary to keep the fun rolling.
